hub.darcs.net is actually hosted by the darcs team AND actually gets some
GSOC work every year the past 2ish years so far.

AND the underlying code base is open source, so you could (if you really
wanted) http://hub.darcs.net/simon/darcsden
host your own!

its always good practice to have your repos backuped in several places,
using several different backup tools and services.

point being, I expect/hope that it'll be quite stable. but good backup
discipline suggests having more than one basket. That said, that the
hosting software is open source (and uses darcs) does mean you can easily
audit it for stability to your hearts content
