[haskell-llvm] splitting repositories for llvm-base and llvm

Would it be acceptable to tag the package and version together, as they're
presented by 'ghc-pkg list'? This would give us tag names like
'llvm-base-3.2.0.1' and 'llvm-3.2.0.2' instead of the less informative
'3.2.0.0'.
