[haskell-llvm] Thinking of moving the repo to github

I just moved the repository of Accelerate <https://github.com/mchakravarty/accelerate> from darcs/Trac on c.h.o to GitHub and it's absolutely fantastic (not only because c.h.o is notoriously unreliable).
