[haskell-llvm] llvm-0.9.0.1 and llvm-2.8

[Hopefully this is the right mailing list for this]

On Windows, I had to build by hand because the following libraries:
libLLVMMSIL.a
libLLVMMSILInfo.a
libLLVMDebugger.a

are all obsolete and need to be removed from llvm.buildinfo.windows.in
before it can be successfully built.
