I couldn't figure out who; the e-mail listed on community.haskell.org 
was itself one of the non-working e-mails; I emailed IIRC Don and Duncan 
some time ago, just in case they knew something.  How can we 
have/find/create an official contact for these things?  Maybe the new 
Haskell.org committee?  Though it doesn't have an update on e.g. 
http://twitter.com/haskellorg to say anyone did anything.
