 I am unable to use single quote immediately after hyperlinked identifiers,
 for example I would like to do write:

 {{{
 'Element'\'s
 }}}

 and I get in HTML rendered exactly the same thing back instead of
 `Element` being hyperlinked and `'s` printed after the link.
