The synopsis drawer

No, I agree with Johan that it deserves some more input from the
community.  In order to encourage constructive comments we should also
ask people for how they currently use the synopsis.

I think what bothers me most about the current synopsis is that it
doesn't have any structure.  Maybe it should include the headlines (in
a smaller font) like in the mini-page, but also include type
signatures.
