 Haddock generates a lot of warnings, i.e.

 {{{
 Warning: Foo.Bar: the following names could not be resolved:
     Date String Object
 }}}

 They pollute my build logs - it would be handy to have a flag to ignore
 warnings and not report them so its easier to spot useful messages from
 other programs.
